Company Name: Resultscx Location- Bellandur, Bangalore Experience: 0-2year (Freshers welcome!) Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services. Customers will seek help with replacement cards, balance checks, and contact information updates. Successful associates can distinguish varying levels of customer complexity & communicate effectively. Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Maintain records of patient interactions and escalate complex cases when needed. What we're looking for: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Basic knowledge of healthcare processes and medical terminologies (preferred). prior experience in customer service/Healthcare BPO is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
