We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive

2–5 years of technical support experience


Key Responsibilities


✅ Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to:

- Smart Energy Meters (AMI/AMR, Single & Three Phase)

- Air Conditioning Systems (Split, VRF, Commercial)

✅ Log & manage tickets via CRM (Freshdesk, Zoho, etc.)

✅ Maintain documentation, FAQs & tech guides

✅ Coordinate with engineering, product & field teams

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction with timely support


You Must Have

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–5 years in technical support/customer service
  • Strong knowledge of AC systems & smart meters
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus)
  • Working knowledge of CRMs

  • Bonus If You Have

    • Field experience with metering / HVAC systems
    • Knowledge of IoT integrations
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams & technical manuals
