Job Description

Role Overview: As a Junior Analyst at unifyCX, you will be the frontline hero for customers, assisting them in resolving issues related to Import/Export/Deletion of data to and from TransactionPro. This role presents a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer support across different mediums. You will interact with international customers through live chat, calls, and emails, providing solutions and guidance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: - Provide exceptional customer service to international clients via live chat, calls, and email, promptly resolving accounting issues and ensuring timely query resolution. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: - Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve issues. - Collaboration: - Engage with other departments like Billing, SME Consult, and QSP to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Feedback Loop: - Gather and convey customer feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements. Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all communications. Qualification Required: - Education: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or IT and relevant experience will also be considered. Additional certifications in QuickBooks, data management, or accounting software are a plus. - Skills: - Excellent typing skills and prior experience in call handling and customer service. - Proficiency in keyboard shortcuts and efficient computer usage. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for clear documentation of procedures. - Ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively under pressure. - Display patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers. - Eagerness to learn, innovate, and proactively take on challenges.
