Customer Support Executive - Non-voice

Role Overview: You will be the frontline hero for customers at unifyCX, assisting with issues related to Import/Export/Deletion of data to and from TransactionPro. This role provides hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer support through live chat, calls, and emails in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to international clients via live chat, call, and email, ensuring timely resolution of accounting issues. - Develop and apply strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently resolve issues. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance products and services. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Candidates with degrees in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or IT with relevant experience will also be considered. - Additional certifications in QuickBooks, data management, or accounting software are beneficial. - Skills required include excellent typing abilities, call handling experience, knowledge of keyboard shortcuts, efficient computer usage, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, critical thinking skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
