Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role will primarily involve handling HR-related queries, assisting with employee coordination, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Respond to employee and client queries related to HR policies, onboarding, and documentation Maintain records and support daily HR operations Coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal communications Assist with basic administrative and support functions Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience in HR or admin support is a plus Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
