We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills to join our team. Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone and chat to provide accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer feedback scores. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and listening abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
