Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
