Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries and concerns via phone calls, emails, or chats in Marathi language. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues related to banking products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints efficiently. Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (domestic voice process preferred). Strong proficiency in Marathi language (written & spoken). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Ability to work on Inbound processes, Voice Process, Domestic Voice Process roles.
