Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive (KPO/BPO) Freshers to 1 Year, located in Gandhinagar. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with product information, and working closely with teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Online Support
• Technical Support skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
