Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-10 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support

  • Excellent spoken English skills (mandatory)

  • Willingness to work night shifts 

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
