Customer Support Executive (International Voice)

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab

Location - Uppal (Cab Radius 23 KMS)

Salary: 3 LPA - fresher - 17 k + 2k attendance bonus

6 months 18 - months 3.4 LPA - 20k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus

Above 18 months - 4 LPA -25 K - 2k attendance Bonus

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Gard
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
  • Use CRM tools effectively.
  • Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
