Job Role: International Customer Support – Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

Interact with international customers via inbound/outbound voice calls
Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Record all conversations and updates accurately in the system
Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary

Key Skills Required:

Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Basic computer knowledge
