Customer Support Executive / Healthcare

The Customer Support Executive position based in Bangalore is seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join the support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to healthcare, insurance claims, appointments, and more. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns. Key responsibilities for this role include handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, resolving queries regarding health insurance coverage, claims, and wellness services, documenting customer interactions and updates in the CRM system, collaborating with internal departments to provide seamless support, delivering exceptional customer service, managing escalations effectively, and ensuring prompt follow-ups. To qualify for this position, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with the ability to work in rotational shifts. Candidates with excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems will be preferred.
