Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer inquiries and provide online and technical support. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, and assisting with the use of GmaxEpay services.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
