Job Description

As a Game Support Specialist at our company based in Navi Mumbai (Belapur), you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our players. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient support to players through various communication channels and address their issues and queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective support to players via email or other mediums and resolve their issues and queries promptly. - Act as a bridge between players and our game teams by delivering player feedback and reported bugs to help the teams in providing solutions. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure minimal response times. - Establish support processes, create and update FAQs for easy reference. - Collect player feedback and share valuable insights with the product and design teams for continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - 0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the game industry. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM or ticketing tools. - Strong passion for gaming.
