Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via
email and chat
with professionalism and empathy.
Support customers in updating their
account credentials
while maintaining compliance and data security.
Accurately log and track all customer interactions.
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required.
Consistently meet
SLA and quality standards
.
Stay updated with platform features and
basic cryptocurrency concepts
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (minimum qualification).
12 years of experience in email/chat support (mandatory).
Excellent
English communication skills
(written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a
24x7 rotational shift environment
.
Interest or basic knowledge in
cryptocurrency/trading platforms
will be an advantage.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
24x7 rotational shifts.
Salary: 24,000 CTC per month.
