We are looking for a qualified Customer Chat Email Associate who is experienced in Chat Support, Email Drafting, and solving Customer Queries via emails or calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by effectively resolving customer inquiries through various communication channels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a professional demeanor, are essential. Additionally, proficiency in English language is required.
