We’re looking for someone energetic, polite, and customer-focused to join our Customer Support Team – handling both calls and WhatsApp chats.
What You’ll Do:
Attend & resolve customer queries via phone calls
Manage WhatsApp chat support professionally
Provide accurate product/service information
Ensure quick resolution & customer satisfaction
Must Have:
Fluency in #Hindi (Mandatory)
Basic computer & WhatsApp Business skills
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
English/Other languages – a bonus!
Salary: Industry standard (based on experience)
