Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries in Spanish
  • Provide accurate information and product/service support
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Update customer records and ensure issue resolution
  • Meet process-related KPIs and quality standards
  • Coordinate with team leads and follow defined procedures
