Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
  • Help with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Resolve complaints, refunds, and product-related concerns.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making the right choice.
  • Follow up on pending issues and escalate if needed.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team to solve delivery issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries on social media (Instagram, Facebook).
