Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help customers with their orders, queries, and issues. You will communicate via WhatsApp and calls to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Role & responsibilities Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Help with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Resolve complaints, refunds, and product-related concerns. Provide product information and assist customers in making the right choice. Follow up on pending issues and escalate if needed. Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team to solve delivery issues. Handle customer inquiries on social media (Instagram, Facebook). Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1+ years in customer support (eCommerce preferred). Education: No specific degree requiredjust a willingness to learn! Skills: Excellent Verbal & Written communication in English Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business Comfortable using online tools (CRM) Patience and problem-solving skills.
