Customer Support Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving academic-related queries from students and customers with professionalism and efficiency. You will provide personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies. Engaging with students on social media, responding to queries, and fostering a supportive learning community will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support, coordinating with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of student concerns. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset will be crucial for success. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is necessary. An empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns is highly valued. Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus. A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students" academic journeys are qualities we are looking for. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The salary offered is up to 20k.
