Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify client needs and help client use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients.
  • Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather client feedback.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of handling client calls.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
