• Good communication (Verbal, written)
• Ready to Work in Voice/Non-Voice based role and night/rotational shifts
• Willing to learn Tech based solutions & services
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Basic Knowledge of Accounts/GST/Cygnet
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Thorough understanding of product

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
