Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who is fluent in any one of the languages i.e Hindi , Tamil and Kannada to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and issues effectively. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:  Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with their queries, concerns, and requests.  Fluently communicate in any one of the languages i.e Hindi , Tamil and Kannada to understand and address customer issues and inquiries accurately. Additionally, proficiency in English and other languages may be a plus.  Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.  Proven customer support experience or relevant customer service skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Knowledge of relevant computer software and tools, including CRM systems.  A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.  Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
