Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. You will need to work in rotational shifts to assist customers with their queries and concerns regarding our products and services. Freshers are welcome to apply as we are prioritizing immediate hires. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt and efficient customer support, addressing customer concerns professionally, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting customer interactions accurately, collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues, meeting customer satisfaction goals, and staying updated on company products, services, and policies. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and familiarity with customer support software and tools are also required. Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory as training will be provided to freshers. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts with a shift allowance. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, and fluency in English is required while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
