Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for onboarding and support
  • Provide clear guidance on using product features
  • Resolve customer queries and issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Hindi language knowledge is an added advantage
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications
  • Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills

Experience:

  • Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply

Work Location:

  • Kochi

Salary:

  • As per industry standards
