1–3 Years (Freshers with strong Hindi communication skills can also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Executive with excellent Hindi communication skills to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be patient, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with users over calls, emails, or chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and support requests primarily in Hindi
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Log, track, and update support tickets in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications Language & Communication:

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) – spoken and written
• Working knowledge of English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is an added advantage

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to understand and explain products/services clearly
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

• Patience and empathy while handling customers
• Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)

Education

• Any graduate / diploma (relevant experience preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
