Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Handle all customer care calls politely and professionally.

● Make COD confirmation calls and abandoned cart recovery calls.

● Maintain a list of all damaged products.

● Create and update a sheet of all cancelled orders and RTO parcels.

● Cancel all RTO orders in the system and keep a proper record.

● Manage inventory and keep stock levels updated on Shopify.

● Use Shopify backend to check orders, update statuses, and manage customer details.

● Update products, stock quantities, and ensure the website reflects correct availability.

● Coordinate with the team for any order-related issues or customer concerns.

● Track order status, shipping updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

● Share daily reports on calls, cancellations, RTOs, and inventory updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
