Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Blended Process (Chat + Voice)

About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a blended (chat + voice) customer success role. The position is ideal for candidates with prior international process experience and strong communication skills, looking to work in a tech-support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via chat and voice support channels
Resolve technical and service-related queries effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently
Candidate Profile:
Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process (preferably tech support)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs
Should reside within 20 KM of the office location
Job Details:
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC/month
Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Versant Test
Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and weekly offs
