We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. Job Description: Responsibilities: Customer support: Answering customer questions, providing information on products and services, and resolving customer complaints Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining a good relationship with customers, and ensuring they are satisfied Communication: Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Handling Customer Inquiries: CSAs are responsible for managing incoming customer questions through various channels such as email, phone, live chat. Helping with orders: Guide customers through the ordering process, including payment and tracking. Collecting feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Documenting interactions: Accurately record customer interactions to improve customer service practices. Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to customers. Qualification: Any Degree with good communication skills.
