Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Escalation Desk (L2 Support)

Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Hiring: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC
Qualification: UG/Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support/client handling (documented)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage L2 escalations for the Flipkart process. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to handle complex customer concerns with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve Level 2 escalations
  • Communicate clearly in English and Hindi
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure SLA compliance and proper case documentation
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or escalation handling
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
