Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to handle queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with patience and empathy.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
