Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, platform navigation
  • Provide accurate information about platform services, features, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints within defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for booking and service confirmation
  • Maintain customer and vendor records in CRM systems
  • Track cases and ensure timely closure
  • Follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
