Experience: 2-5 years

Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for Pan India (OR) USA, UK, and France.
• Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
• Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
• Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
• Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in customer support (handling international customers).
• Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
• Experience with Shopify would be added advantage.
• Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
• Candidates from Chennai or comfortable to relocate to Chennai are preferred

Customer Support Trainee

Experience: 0-1 year
Location: Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Required Profile:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Freshers eligible).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual could also apply.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Office, Email).
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
