Customer Support Executive (Software + Accounting / GST)

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (10 mins from station)
Timing: Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 7 PM
Work Mode: On-site (Full Time)

Role Overview
You will support and train our existing customers using our ERP software. This includes helping with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote troubleshooting (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).

Your Role + Our Expectations

  • Handle customer calls
  • Resolve software, accounting, and GST-related queries
  • Guide users step-by-step

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in customer support (preferred)
  • Freshers with accounting knowledge are welcome
