Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a sales executive, your role involves selling products or services for the business by identifying new customers and nurturing relationships with clients. You will need to develop strong connections with clients to grasp their individual needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging presentations that highlight the value proposition of our software solutions, guiding the sales cycle proficiently, managing objections, and successfully closing deals. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales software will be advantageous for this role. Furthermore, a solid grasp of the software industry and a comprehensive understanding of the specific solutions offered by our company are essential. You will be required to compile regular reports on sales activities and performance, conduct product demonstrations for customers, and address any customer requests or complaints promptly.
