Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain courses
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Maintain records of conversations and call details in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Looking for female candidates.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
