Role Overview

:
  • The candidate will support the telephone hotline function by handling incoming calls and written inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • They will also address basic, non-technical questions related to company products and maintain a detailed log of all incoming hotline interactions

Required Skills:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Prior experience in an International Inbound Voice Process is mandatory
  • Willingness to work from office (WFO), 5 days a week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent and no mother-tongue influence
