Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns. Handle international voice process calls from UK clients with a focus on providing timely resolutions. Work in a night shift environment for our BPO operations. Utilize excellent communication skills in English language to effectively communicate with customers. Participate in Voice Support activities as required. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre environment. Ability to work flexible shifts including Night Shift (UK Time Zone). Strong proficiency in Good Communication In English language. Experience handling International Voice Process calls preferred but not mandatory. Good Analytical skills
