Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with good judgment and effectively handle customer complaints and escalations.
Excellent analytical abilities for troubleshooting complex issues and providing accurate, effective solutions.
Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams and proficient in taking proactive follow-ups to ensure timely and complete resolution for customers.
Comfortable and capable of simultaneously managing calls, emails, and chats in a dynamic, inbound customer support environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional tone and empathetic tone.
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment and comfortable learning new systems and platforms.
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload.
Demonstrated ability to accurately track and maintain end-to-end customer conversations and solutions in CRM/ticketing systems for future assistance and insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Broking industry, effectively handling client interactions across voice (phone calls) and non-voice (email, chat, ticketing system) channels.
NISM Certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Securities Operations & Risk Management) are a significant advantage.
Basic stock market knowledge and financial instruments are mandatory.
Genuine desire and passion to help and assist customers, coupled with a deep commitment to ensuring their happiness and satisfaction.
