The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. This role requires basic communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers. Take bookings of customers from online platforms as we are a hotel industry. Record and update customer customer bookings in google sheets.
