Job Description

Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our PPDC team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product functionality and performance.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance product usage and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and command line tools.
Experience with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, JIRA, or similar tools.
