Customer Support Engineer

A Network Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing network infrastructure and application components. You will respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support. Additionally, you will supervise the administration of systems and servers related to the network to ensure availability of services to authorized users. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of IP networking and associated protocols. It is essential to possess a working knowledge of DNS, SMTP, and server technologies, along with WAN/LAN protocols. Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware applications, telephones, and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, familiarity with VoIP implementation and support is crucial for this position. You will be tasked with customizing the network to meet client requirements and documenting network problems and resolutions for future reference. Additionally, you should be prepared to take on any other duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure.,
