Customer Support Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of network infrastructure and application components. You will respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support. Additionally, you will supervise the administration of systems and servers related to the network to ensure the availability of services to authorized users.
