Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Engineer, located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, offering field service to maintain and repair systems, and ensuring effective communication with customers to address their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service experience
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
• System knowledge on Lenel/Ccure/Genetec/Homeywell/Milestone CCTV
