Customer Support Engineer

As a Customer Support Engineer at Acoem, you will play a crucial role in managing the installation of an online Condition Monitoring System and executing Proof of Concept (POC) as part of sales support. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a Customer Success Manager, where you will enhance the value of the Acoem Online system by engaging with customers regularly and providing technical support. Your day-to-day missions and tasks will involve implementing the online monitoring concept on-site, commissioning online CM Systems, conducting training on the usage of online systems and software, participating in project handover meetings, executing POCs upon request from the Sales Team, collecting customer feedback on the online system, collaborating with tech support on customer success stories, generating Advisor Live business opportunities, reviewing the performance of existing online systems periodically, and supporting customers in utilizing the system effectively. To be successful in this role, we are seeking a candidate who has experience in creating various drawings (either independently or with support from the CAD team) and in medium-scale project management. You should possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide training, as well as a strong understanding of software installation and various terminologies related to software and hardware communication. The essential elements required for this position include being a graduate in Instrumentation Engineering System or a similar field, having 4-5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrating proficiency in English communication.
