Key Responsibilities

• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Experience in customer interaction and handling customer inquiries, preferably in a support role.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective customer engagement.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in customer support or a related field.
