Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivate to communicate with customers over the phone, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products or services clearly and accurately
• Generate leads and/or close sales as per targets
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly and politely
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/CRM is a plus)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive
• Knowledge of the product/service being offered
