Key Responsibilities

Product Advisor Duties

• Engage with customers (walk-in, call, chat) and provide detailed product information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Support sales efforts by guiding customers through features, specifications, and benefits.
• Assist with promotional activities and product demonstrations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings
• Enter customer interactions and follow-up actions into CRM or internal systems. Trabajo.

Customer Support Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social channels.
• Answer questions about products, services, policies, orders, and returns.
• Identify and resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Log customer interactions accurately in CRM and maintain records.
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns quickly.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve product/service quality.

Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Malayalam Preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
