Key Responsibilities:

  • Customers ke queries aur complaints ka timely aur professional response dena (via calls, emails, chat, or social media).
  • Customer issues ko resolve karna aur escalate karna jab zarurat ho.
  • Product / service knowledge maintain karna aur customers ko guide karna.
  • Feedback collect karna aur team ke saath share karna for process improvement.
  • Customer satisfaction ensure karna and follow-up karna if needed.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (English/Hindi).
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience.
  • Basic computer skills aur MS Office / CRM tools ka knowledge.
  • Teamwork and adaptability.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
